    General Information

Beginning February 1, 2024, new staff will not be able to be added to the Classroom Tab of a Program Profile if they do not meet preliminary licensing qualifications for age, work history, education, training, and verification of High-School completion.

When this development goes live, all staff, including individuals who do not meet preliminary licensing qualifications, will remain on the Employee Tab in the Program Profile. Individuals who do not meet preliminary licensing qualifications will also remain in any assigned position on the Classroom Tab. For employees already assigned as director of record, lead teacher, additional teacher, or equivalent positions based on program type, an indicator will appear on the Classroom Tab in the Program Profile if they do not qualify for the position as required by DCF licensing.
